Experience

Hi! I'm Ronidricka! I have over 10 years of teaching experience, including six years in Texas public schools. I currently teach 4th grade Math and Science and have spent the past three years helping students strengthen their problem-solving and critical thinking skills. I have also taught 5th grade and Kindergarten in Texas, as well as Pre-Kindergarten in learning centers in Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia.

Teaching style

In my classroom, I intentionally design lessons that address different learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners. Visual learners benefit from charts, images, demonstrations, and written instructions that help them see concepts clearly. Auditory learners are supported through discussions, explanations, storytelling, and opportunities to listen and share ideas. Kinesthetic learners thrive through hands-on activities, movement, experiments, and interactive tasks that allow them to learn by doing.
