Learning fact families from 1-10 are the fundamentals in being able to learn how to count and add numbers. This presentation is meant for students to view each number from 1-10 and repeat their fact families with switch partners, for example: 0+10 and 10+0. Knowing the twin numbers also allows students to add up or subtract down from the total, for example 8+8=16 so 8+9 is one more which is 17. There are equations at the end of the presentation for students to review and practice.
