This is an adapted version of the Daily 5/Cafe Model for Special Education classrooms. My students use it to keep track of their goals. It is for visual learners and is a great tool to help them with reading strategies.
In my classroom, I always forget birthdays. I use this clip chart in my morning meeting area. Each month we use the clip chart to help write birthdays down each month in the calendar.
I use these rules in my self-contained classroom. My students are both visual learners and kinestic learners. We pair the visual rules with the hand signals of whole brain teaching. It really helps my students stay on track. Please enjoy!
