During domain 4 you need to show students a certain handwriting stroke and ask them to copy it. I think it is better to show them this image and ask them to copy. If you want to demonstrate for them how to hold a writing utensil you could put these in sheet protectors or laminate them and trace them in front of the student. The lines are done in light gray to trace if needed. There is a shorter line assessment also available to download for Domain 3: Animals. Thank you for downloading!

I use this in my google classroom for students to use after finishing a class book read aloud for each chapter. This is great for students who cannot write as well in a regular notebook. The smiley faces help my low verbal students get started thinking of a response because they can start with how they felt and why.

This is the poem you use to transition kids into small group. I had a hard time remembering the words so I made a poster for my room. You can edit the text and background colors to match your classroom. It was nice to have this poster in my room instead of always needing the manual.
