About the store
This is my eighth year in elementary education. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, & 4th and really enjoy teaching social studies, reading, and creative writing. I grew up on the North Shore of Oahu and now live in Colorado Springs with my husband, two crazy Australian Shepherds, and a new baby boy. It is my son who inspired me to open a teachers pay teachers store so that I could share my resources with all of you amazing individuals who decided to become educators. Thank you for everything that you do and I hope you find something that helps you and your students to thrive!

Teaching style

My teaching philosophy is to ignite the spark! To inspire my students to become lifelong learners so that they may grow to live out their dreams while encouraging others to do the same.

My own education history

I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and received my education to become a teacher at The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
