My students are ECE- Kindergarten multi-needs students involving students with limited communication and movement skills. We go through our binders each morning. What works best for my students is velcroing some of the options to give them a choice (ex. What month is it? Monday or Tuesday and my students will identify the correct answer by pointing, grabbing or looking at the right choice!) If you have any questions please reach out to me via email or instagram!
