Students will use the clues to figure out a number. The students will then put the number in standard form, word form, and expanded form. This product also includes blank task cards for either the teacher or the students to create their own clues for numbers. This is an engaging activity which causes students to think outside of the box!

This is a puzzle activity where students will need to match factors with the correct product. Students will draw a number to be factored. Once the students have drawn a number they will match the correct factor petals that complete the flower. Students can check their own work by turning the number to the back to see if they found all of the correct factors. Students can factor numbers up to 50. This activity is is great as an independent activity, a partner activity, or a math center.
Student's can practice adding numbers together 1 - 10 using these pencil puzzles. Student's will draw two cards at random to complete a puzzle to make a pencil. The students will also practice writing their number sentences onto a sheet of paper and then solve. Give students manipulative to help them solve their equations. Maybe even use pencils! This can be played in groups, pairs, or even individually as practice.
It is not often student's get to perform a skit in math! This concept of regrouping during subtraction is so important for students to understand! Students often perform the routine of subtraction with regrouping without understanding WHY they are regrouping. This skit appeals to any student that is working on the skill of regrouping with subtraction. From 2nd-4th grade. This skit will keep students engaged and learning at the same time!
This puzzle is an alphabet matching puzzle. The student will match the capital letter to its lowercase letter in order to build a long train!
