I am a veteran K-12 educator with over a decade of hands-on classroom experience, primarily at the middle school level. My journey has taken me through diverse public school settings, giving me a deep, practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities in today's classrooms. When I'm not in the classroom or designing new resources, I'm usually practicing what I preach! I believe a teacher's well-being is critical for a healthy classroom, so I spend my time hiking, practicing mindfulness, or getting lost in a good book.
