Let's Go Exploring

This program is formatted as an interactive social story that can be referenced throughout the day. It reminds students to check in with their body, by doing a full body scan, to understand what's going on inside (are they hungry, thirsty, frustrated?) and to meet those needs first, so they can focus, play and learn. Referencing this program will help them start to naturally notice these feelings, allowing them to address any of these needs so they can stay engaged and on task.
