I have been teaching for six years and love learning from others and sharing materials that I have. I have taught in multiple states and have learned so much along the way.

I love having student activities that help students to discover their learning rather than being told what to know.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Teaching a state tested math subject. My classes had an 85% pass rate on the state test in 2025. 83% in 2024. 82% in 2023.

My own education history

I graduated from Black Hills State University with honors and a bachelors degree in Secondary Mathematics Education.
