Experience
I've worked with children of all age levels between tutoring, nannying, and teaching. I'm still a new teacher and am always looking for ways to improve!
Teaching style
This year, I've had a LOT of students with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms, so I incorporate a lot of movement and play-based, collaborative learning. I use a lot of American Sign Language for vocabulary, a lot of stretch breaks when my wiggle-kids need them, and moments for students to teach each other I sing a little, dance a lot, and try to make it as fun and interactive as possible!
