Experience

I've been a physical education teacher for 18 years, a mom for 13. I have two neurodivergent children and have learned a lot about ADHD, Autism, PDA, SPD, Dyslexia and Dysgraphia. I've created lots of things along the way for PE and tools to help neurodivergent students in the classroom.

Teaching style
