About the store
With degrees is Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science, I have studied a lot of math. Having homeschooled for the last 18 years, I have taught a lot of math. I have also tutored math and taught in co-ops. All of this experience with math has shown me that kids who like math are good at it and kids who are good at math like it. It's a great cycle of learning and growth for kids who are in it. But what about the kids who aren't?
My mission as an educator is to instill a love of math in every child, so all children can be a part of that wonderful cycle. That's where math games come in!

FAXX (Math Facts Card Game)
This 16-page printable file includes instructions and cards to play this fun, fast-paced, strategy-filled card game! Kids will have to add, subtract and multiply their way to a big win. Using small candies as tokens ups the ante and makes it all even more fun. FAXX is easy to differentiate for younger kids who haven't yet begun multiplication facts. It's a lot of fun to play as a small group or a large group, and it's easy for kids to play without supervision. It's a great game for math centers!
