Teaching and coaching have given me some of my proudest moments — not because of the recognition itself, but because each one represents growth, collaboration, and student success.
Teacher of the Month (in Two Districts): Honored by students and administrators for creating a classroom culture rooted in engagement, reflection, and authentic learning.
Student Recognition: Selected by multiple students as their Most Influential Teacher — including those who asked me to wear their jerseys on game day, a tradition that means the world to me.
Instructional Coaching Impact: As an ELA instructional coach, I supported a team where three out of four teachers earned the highest scores on state ATLAS interim assessments through intentional goal setting and reflective planning.
District Growth Achievement (My Newest Highlight!): This past year, our students achieved the highest growth in the district, doubling the district’s overall growth percentage — proof that when teachers reflect, collaborate, and act with purpose, students thrive.
Professional Excellence: Earned my Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.), with research focused on how Marzano’s instructional strategies influence student engagement through teacher perception and reflection.
Every one of these moments reminds me why I create — to give teachers the tools to reflect, grow, and see real change in their classrooms.
