This is a quadrilateral family tree activity. It requires students to cut and paste definitions and shape names in the correct place on the tree. This product explains how to find the surface area of a rectangular prism. It connects this challenging concept to a real world task, such as wrapping a present, explains that you must find the area of all of the faces and then add them together, and provides an acronym for students to remember ALL six faces when they are working.
