This lesson plan focuses on a reading/viewing of the book Martin's Big Words, followed by a discussion about leadership and community collaboration, as well as a fun activity to illustrate the qualities of good leaders and community members. Note: A similar book about MLK, Jr. could be used instead of Martin's Big Words if it is not available.
