This power point includes photos, videos, and information on Spain, the Spanish language, Arabic/Muslim influence, cities of Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Sevilla, Barcelona, Cordoba, Granada and more! I used it specifically for Chapter 8 of Realidades 3, but could be used for any instruction in English or Spanish about the history and culture of Spain.

This is a fun and quick way to practice and recycle old vocabulary but with a Valentine theme. The files are editable, so you can change the titles/categories to any that you want. You will receive the powerpoint version and the worksheet version. The instructions are on the second slide of the PPT. This can be used for all levels. For lower levels, give them more time or allow them to use resources or a partner. For upper levels, create a challenge by adding words they CAN'T use (like Taboo gam

This power point is to have students answer the "What would you do?" questions using the conditional tense. I put the students in pairs, show the slide, give them a few seconds to practice, then call on a few students to answer. These are funny scenarios to get them interested in what they would do, but using the conditional tense. I use this for chapter 8 of Realidades 3, but can be used for any conditional tense lesson.

This can be used for all levels! Lower levels can stick with "this or that" or "I like...". To make it more advanced, have students give complete sentence answers, add why/because, or vary the tenses using the questions. This is an editable file so you can adjust and change it however you would like.
