These space themed covers can be used for whatever tool you use for daily communication with your student's families!

This color sorting and addition activity allows students to practice sorting items and allows practice with single and double digit addition. There are two versions depending on the snack or candy you choose to use. One version includes the color blue for snacks such as fruit loops. The other version does not include the color blue for candies such as Skittles or jelly beans.

This activity can be used as practice in small groups, during whole group instruction, in centers, or sent home for reading practice. There are many uses for the above resources. Get students excited about diving into character traits and feelings using EMOJIS!! Students can choose which emoji best represents characters in a story. Use the trading cards on pages 2-4 for cooperative learning activities! For example, make multiple copies of the cards and place them in a bag. Students will choose a card out of a bag to complete after listening to a read aloud. Then have students mix-pair-share to explain their thinking.
