Liddle Minds

I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Education. I taught in the classroom for 6 years. My first year I taught 2nd grade and the next 5 years I taught 1st grade. I loved teaching younger grades because their LIDDLE MINDS soaked up so much information in one year. My favorite was when a student didn’t understand a concept and all of a sudden a light bulb went off and they understood. I want to help create that light bulb moment for your students with my worksheets.

I believe a child learns best in a climate of acceptance, trust, and mutual respect. Each child needs to feel successful, therefore, I emphasize individual growth and improvement, not how they compare to the other students. I have a deep love for reading, and I strive to develop that same love in each of my students by sharing with them a variety of great literature and also allowing them to see how happy reading makes me.

I know your struggles balancing work and family life. I am a busy mom with two children. When I was in the classroom I felt like I never had the time or energy to create worksheets that had every detail I wanted to aid in my instruction. I created this business so I could help busy teachers to have the specific and detailed worksheets I always wished I’d had and create those lightbulb moments. In my spare time, I love listening to audiobooks (anything romantic, fun, and happy), spending time with my husband and two children, and eating any and all chocolate (especially dark chocolate).
