About the store
I’ve been in education for more than 25 years, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that teachers need support just as much as students do. With 15 years in the classroom and 2 years in administration, I’ve walked in your shoes. The resources I create—behavior trackers, parent communication tools, restorative practice guides—come straight from what worked in my own classrooms and schools. Think of this store as a place to find tried-and-true strategies from a fellow educator who’s been there.

About the store

Experience

I’ve been in education for more than 25 years, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that teachers need support just as much as students do. With 15 years in the classroom and 2 years in administration, I’ve walked in your shoes. The resources I create—behavior trackers, parent communication tools, restorative practice guides—come straight from what worked in my own classrooms and schools. Think of this store as a place to find tried-and-true strategies from a fellow educator who’s been there.

Teaching style

I believe strong relationships are at the heart of classroom management. My style combines restorative practices with practical strategies that hold students accountable while still making them feel valued. The resources I create give teachers tools to repair harm, encourage reflection, and build trust with students and families. Every resource I create is meant to be ready-to-use, flexible for different classrooms, and designed with the realities of teaching in mind. Whether it’s a behavior tracker or a parent note template, I want teachers to spend less time planning and more time connecting with students.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my shining moments as an educator have been seeing students not only succeed in elementary and middle school but stay connected with me into adulthood. I’ve been honored with invitations to former students’ college graduations, weddings, and even their children’s birthdays. I’ve also built lasting relationships with families and consistently guided students toward academic growth, with test scores that reflected steady improvement. These moments remind me that teaching isn’t just about academics—it’s about relationships, growth, and leaving a lifelong impact.

My own education history

As a first-generation college graduate, I know the power education has to change lives. I am proud to have earned multiple degrees and spent over 25 years in education, including 15 years teaching and 2 years as an administrator. Some of my greatest joys have been seeing my students succeed long after leaving my classroom—whether improving their test scores, graduating college, or inviting me to celebrate milestones like weddings and their children’s birthdays. These moments remind me why I create practical, classroom-tested resources: to help teachers save time, support students, and build strong relationships that last.

Additional biographical information

I am a first-generation college graduate with a B.A. in Education and two Master’s degrees, and I’ve dedicated over 25 years to education as a teacher and administrator. Restorative practices and healing circles shaped my classroom culture and remain central to the resources I create today. As a social justice advocate, I believe in giving teachers practical tools that support equity, relationships, and positive change in their classrooms.
