Hi there, and welcome to Lightning Bug Learning! I’ve been in the education field for nearly 13 years, with 10 of those spent in the classroom as a 5th-grade teacher, special education teacher, and now as a private tutor. I chose the name "Lightning Bug Learning" because I love seeing students’ eyes light up when something finally clicks—just like a glowing lightning bug!
