Directions: Use this template for screening your upcoming kindergarteners to get an idea of their ability levels.
Directions: Have them draw a picture of themselves, write their name, point and name the letters in their name, count aloud. Lastly, circle the L (low), M (medium), H (high) at the top of the page based on their scores.
