Teaching style

I’m passionate about skills-based health education that helps students earn more than just an A+ in class — I want them to earn an A+ in life. My approach focuses on real-world skills, student voice, and active learning so every student can take ownership of their health and wellness. I also believe that quality physical education should be accessible to all students — not just for building fitness, but for building confidence, teamwork, and joy in movement. In my lessons, I aim to talk less and let students do more, giving them time to practice, reflect, and apply what they’ve learned through meaningful, hands-on activities.
