Hi there! I’m María Paula, a passionate educator based in Guatemala. With over 10 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), my professional journey has taught me that the most meaningful learning happens when language meets creative expression.
Currently, I serve as an English and Art teacher. I have the joy of working with brilliant young minds ranging from 1 to 7 years old. My focus is on early childhood education, where I design resources that go beyond teaching a new language—I aim to foster fine motor skills, aesthetic appreciation, and critical thinking through the power of art.

Teaching style
My approach is centered on creativity, experimentation, and hands-on discovery. I believe that children learn best when they can touch, move, and play, so I focus on multisensory manipulation and process-based art to make language learning natural and fun. In my classroom, curiosity is the engine, and every lesson is an invitation to explore, imagine, and create.
