Teaching style

My teaching is rooted in play-based, student-centered learning. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, motivated, and curious—so I design materials that invite hands-on exploration, early literacy development, and meaningful use of language. Whether teaching Spanish, English, or foundational academic skills, I focus on communication, creativity, and real-world learning experiences that support every child’s unique needs.

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Foreign Languages from Universidad Pedagógica Nacional in Bogotá, Colombia. I also completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care in Melbourne, Australia. To support high-quality language instruction, I have earned TESOL/TEFL certification and completed advanced English programs including C1 Cambridge and IELTS preparation.

Additional biographical information

I was born and raised in Colombia and have had the wonderful opportunity to teach in three different countries: Colombia, the United States, and Australia. I’m passionate about bilingualism and multicultural learning environments. Creating digital resources allows me to combine my love for teaching, languages, and playful learning—while helping educators around the world save time and bring fresh ideas into their classrooms.
