Teaching style

In my current position, the goal for students is to pass the ELA FAST Retake for graduation. So currently, I use I do, We do, You do to encourage critical thinking by each student. I adapted and created graphic organizers in order to guide students through increased rigor as they work through various concepts related to the Benchmarks.
