I created these EL Student Profile pages for my EL students each year. I am the EL Specialist at my school and I edit, print, and share these profile pages with every teacher that works with EL students including classroom teachers, related arts/specials teachers (Art, PE, Music, etc), adminstrators, school counselor, special education, etc. We also have Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), but these are more condensed with the most helpful/needed information. I ALWAYS get such positive feedback
Present these IB Learner Profile Attribute badges to students demonstrating one of the IB learner profile attributes, to wear throughout the day. This will encourage other teachers (and students) around the school to ask how they earned the badge. You might stick them in clear ID badge holders and use with clips, laminate and add yarn to wear as a medal, or even print on sticker paper and stick them right on.
I have included two sizes. The preview file shows some of the larger sized badges.

Students may write and draw their favorite thing they learned each day. Then, students will rate their work (effort level) for the day.
I use these daily reflection sheets at the end of the day. This activity provides students with valuable writing practice, and keeps them occupied while I am marking folders and preparing things to go home. It is also a great tool for students to self-monitor and reflect on their own effort that day.
