I am in my 16th year of teaching at the Early Childhood level. Of those 16 years, all but one have been in Kindergarten. My first year of teaching I got to experience being a substitute teacher. I can definitely say, I love having my own classroom!
This Winter Math Center is a great way to reinforce pattern recognition. The students will practice repeating snowflake patterns and then write what type of pattern it is. Once they have completed the hands-on Center, they can then make snowmen patterns of their own on the worksheet provided. Easy to print and use!

Experience
I am in my 16th year of teaching at the Early Childhood level. Of those 16 years, all but one have been in Kindergarten. My first year of teaching I got to experience being a substitute teacher. I can definitely say, I love having my own classroom!
Teaching style
Hands-on pretty much sums it up!
Awards & shining teacher moments
I graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with cum laude honors. My awards are the rewards I experience each and every day seeing the gains and progress my students make in my classroom. No honor or award is more important than that in my opinion.
My own education history
I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. I later became a "Called" teacher through Concordia University Chicago.
