A trifold book report to complete at the end of a novel. Includes title, author, main character, main setting, summary, recreate book cover, book recommendation, and rate the book. This form is editable in word format.
This is a simple one page worksheet to recognize character traits from the story Dear Mrs. LaRue. Students will identify two character traits and provide text evidence to support their thinking, PDF document
A template for students to record vocabulary meaning, part of speech, synonym, # of syllables, and the sentence the word was used in the story being read. This last step helps with "proving" the answer and locating the word in context. Great strategy for state testing!
