I use the Yiddish Quiz and Vocab for character development in my students! I teach them a few Yiddish words and the translation. During the year I often refer to the vocab words to reinforce character traits. For example the word Mensch loosely translates into someone who does the right thing. So I encourage my students to be a "Mensch" all year.

Students will take a picture of their bedroom using a smart phone. They will either email the photo to the teacher or bring in the image on their phone. Using the picture the students will use one point perspective to draw their bedroom.
