As a PreK teacher, I incorporate nursery rhymes to our schedule. Nursery Rhymes are great literacy activities for PreK's and kinders. This document has a couple of literacy activities that you can enjoy with your students; rhyming cards, mask templates for dramatization, picture cards to practice sorting and organizing set of events, and other activities. This document contains sentences based on the Pre-Primer Dolch sight words. You can print them out and use them in your reading groups! They are simple sentences that will motivate the child start the reading process. You can also send them home as reading practice. This parent packet was initially prepared for a kindergarten grade but can be edited to your needs. The parent packet is ideal to hand out and discuss with the parents during the orientation day.
This number chart can be placed in the homework folder for them to access to it and practice at home both the numerals and the number names. It can also be used as a math center.
As a math center this document contains a second page with the number names that ( if laminated) can be used as tokens they must place on the number from the number chart.

Review the letter sounds by preparing a cute christmas ornament.
Color your ornament, trace the assgined letter (both upper and lowercase letters) then find a picture that begins with the practiced letter and glue it to your ornament ( pictures not included). Do your finishing touches and hang it up on your christmas tree, or maybe your classroom's tree.

This is a document intended for math workstations. It consists of a number name and multiple choices of numerals. Using a clothe pin to identify the corresponding numeral of the number name.
The number range is 1- 20 and I will also upload the Microsofrt Word version in case you would need to make arranges.
This is a conduct sheet (week display) and belongs in the folder the child takes home. It is the stop light design which consists in only 3 colors. Convenient if this is the system used in your class.
Posters that mention what each letter stands for in the acronym along with a visual. Use it in the classroom for labeling your : rotation charts, bulletin boards, baskets, etc.
