Questions about licensing and permissions for use of my materials?
I am providing my materials to you on an Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License. By purchasing materials from me you agree to the terms outlined here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/legalcode.
General summary of use as outlined by the license and intended by me (Lit Guru): You should credit me (Lit Guru) for the creation of the materials. You may adapt or add to them according to your unique classroom needs. Unless you are using TPT School Access, the materials you buy are for your individual personal use in your classroom (physical or virtual) and should not be sold to other individuals or organizations. You are NOT within license if you are buying my materials for others to use (i.e. if you are buying and then disseminating to other teachers, posting my materials on other websites or under another name on Teacherspayteachers for sale or for free, or if you purchase and provide my materials for sale or for free to an individual or organization that sells or distributes teaching materials). Essentially, your purchase allows YOU to use and adapt the materials for instructional use in YOUR classroom for the duration of your teaching career. If you intend to use my materials outside of what is outlined in this license after purchase, please leave a message on the product in question prior to purchasing or contact me to discuss purchasing further licensure to allow for your legal needs.
