At the beginning of every year, I have each of my students fill out this info sheet, and I place them all in alphabetical order in my pink binder. I like to use these passes for students who may forget their homework assignments. I either give a couple out to each student at the beginning of each semester ( have the students sign for them), or I allow students to "win" or earn these passes during class games or class participation options. Parent teacher conferences are so helpful to everyone involved. I like to make sure I have all my paperwork in order.
