Teaching style

I strive to keep current with the latest research and techniques, but also I use my experience to ensure that my lessons and activities are engaging, fun and relevant to the children I teach. I try to use as many different approaches as I can so that my students find success!

My own education history

I have a B. Ed degree in Elementary Education with majors in Reading and Language from the University of Calgary. I have learned so much after that by being a full-time classroom teacher of several different grades over the past 30+ years.
