About the store
My first teaching experience was in fourth grade when I was an intern in a public school in North Carolina. I taught all subject areas. Then, I got my first paid teaching experience at a private school in North Carolina where I was an interventionist for grades K-8. I moved on to teaching third grade the following year (all subjects). Last year I moved to Texas to work at a charter school where I taught third grade science and social studies. This year I will continue to teach third grade, but will be moving into math and science!

This editable Google Slides features 10 addition or subtraction word problems. Students must figure out what they're solving for using the strip diagram and then write the equation and the solution to the word problem. There is also one blank slide if you would like to create your own questions! You can easily differentiate by including the numbers in the strip diagrams and a ? for the unknown. :)
