This is meant to be used with a "culinary school" room transformation. As students work through the real world word problems, reward students by allowing them to create a part of the recipe. For the salad, we used colored construction paper, large bowls, and play kitchen utensils. For the pizza, I had some pizza boxes donated from a local pizza shop and students drew inside the box. For the cake, we used different materials such as dirt, sand, flour, etc.
