About the store
My first year as a teacher I taught 5th and 6th grade in the same classroom. Needless to say that was an experience in itself. My second year to teach, I taught 4th grade. I had a total of 5 students. No, it was not as easy as it sounds. Since then, I have taught 3rd grade and love it.

I also included record sheet for both repeated addition and multiplication sentence. The answer key can be used for all 3 record sheets. 2 of the answer sheets should be cut in half.

These pictures help students visualize multiplication in real life scenarios! These can be used in small group or as a Write the room activity. It is a great way to get the students up and mobile, but still have them work on multiplication. There is a record sheet for them to do repeated addition as well. I have included the answer key.

I use these to practice subtraction. The students will have cotton balls, white and black paint. They will use the cotton ball like a paint brush. Sometimes I let them cut out the snowman and glue it on construction paper.

I use this to practice subtracting with borrowing. I give the students a cotton ball for each color of paint. I will have them solve problems on a separate sheet of paper so I can see their work.

Math Center or Game for kids to play The students roll 3 dice. They make a number with the 3 digits. They roll the dice again. They make another number. They subtract the two numbers. Then they round the difference to the nearest hundred and ten. The students are practicing subtraction and rounding. Record Sheet included. To make it a game: If they rounded up, get two points. If they rounded down get one point. Who ever has the most points at the end wins.

Students will roll dice use playing cards to make a three digit number. They will then decide how many tens are in their number. I added a place for them to use their number to make a addition problem. It reinforces base ten and addition.

Experience

My own education history

I graduated High School in 1999. I went to a 2 year college and received my Associates Degree. Then I transferred to a 4 year college to achieve my Bachelor's Degree in Education.
