About the store

I am so lucky to be teaching at my current school in South Louisiana. I have been at my school for 13 years. I taught 3rd grade for 10 years. I truly found my calling when I started teaching 2nd grade 3 years ago. I also have experience with 1st grade literacy and reading recovery. I have been involved in implementing 2 grant programs in math and writer's workshop. I train new teacher in writer's workshop for my parish.

This can be cut and made into cards. These are great to have ready made for times when you want to have your students self-assess. I usually use this as a closing to my lessons. I review the lesson's outcomes and give a question on my smartboard. Students respond to the question and cirlce their level of understanding. You can also use their responses to guide your furture instruction.
