I use this as a way for my students to stay organized with their homework and keep parents informed of the assigned work. This is another item that I put in my students homework folder. You can customize this as you choose.

I used this template that is fully editable for my students who need the differentiated version of the story. It also lists what homework is due throughout the lesson. This keeps my students organized and my parents aware of the homework.
This is what I make for my struggling or intensive readers for Journey's lesson "Kensuke's Kingdom". I use this as a tool to help my students stay organized and easy viewing of the nightly spelling homework. This also helps the parents stay informed of what the child needs to do each night. I also list what pages needed to be completed in the reader's notebooks with is a consumable for this curriculum.
I made this last year for my special education class. They were struggeling to remember the multiples so I copied and laminated 10 or so of these. It ended up being a huge life saver!!!!
