Turkey Screened Collection for Subtraction
This is a lesson for teaching the screened collections in subtraction. It is based on the Five Little Turkeys story. This includes a detailed lesson plan with DOK levels, a book with flaps for students to "hide" the turkeys, large items for the pocket chart, independent practice.

I firmly believe in differentiated instruction in my classroom. I love watching each child learn, and then showing what they know in their learning style. I love balanced literacy, as well!
