Experience

Hi there! I am a 5th-grade teacher with several years of classroom experience. As a working mom, I understand the importance of creating practical, engaging, and easy-to-use resources that support both teachers and students. I hold a Master’s degree in Curriculum Design and Instruction and enjoy developing differentiated, standards-aligned materials that help make learning accessible for all learners.

Teaching style

My teaching style is engaging, collaborative, and focused on making learning accessible for all students. I strive to create meaningful lessons that encourage student participation, critical thinking, and discussion while supporting a variety of learning needs and abilities.

Additional biographical information

Outside of teaching, I enjoy learning about nutrition and staying active with my dog Bailey. I have Celiac Disease and Hashimoto's which means I am often creating new auto-immune friendly meals. I am inspired to make my own auto-immune friendly cookbook one day! I love to lose my self in nature and nurture my sense of exploration through hiking, gardening, and camping. If we have a lot in common I would love to collaborate! It's so nice to have a positive group of people supporting and cheering you on (:
