THERE ARE 16 TASK CARDS. EACH CARD HAS 4 SENTENCES. STUDENTS WILL READ EACH SENTENCE AND THEN DECIDE WHICH SENTENCE IS THE TOPIC SENTENCE. ALL OTHER SENTENCES ARE SUPPORTING SENTENCES.THERE IS A RECORDING SHEET AND AN ANSWER SHEET INCLUDED. THIS WILL BE GREAT FOR REVIEW, CENTERS, OR SUPPORTING INSTRUCTION.

Experience
This is my third year teaching. All three years have been in third grade.
Teaching style
I like to use a lot of interactive notebooks, exit tickets, and a movement in my classroom. The interactive notebooks help to make sure that each student is on topic and it gives them a reference for when they go to do independent work.
