This is a great two-days activity for students to do in class or at home. They search for their favorite sport team members and collect data from researching online. After collecting data, they use different representations to present data and analyze data, such as histogram, box and whisker, dot plot.

This is an every engaged and interesting activity. My students loved it and found it useful in real life. It is also been differentiated. Blue group has the hardest calculation and purple group has the easier one.

Students will use two approaches to solve a ratio real word problem. Tape diagram and ratio table. Students can design their project and make it fancy if they want to use diagram to present their work. Good engaging and summarizing assessment for bulletin board.

Use permutation to find how many arrangements to arrange letters, numbers, ect.

This is a well designed probability challenge questions for students who have interest in probability. This is the Birthday Problem.
