Here is the compressed file for the Math Circle Maps. You can use them as an extension activity or for a lesson on finding equations (addition and subtraction) that equal the number in the middle.

I created this coin sheet as a resource for students when I began teaching money. I put one at each of my tables and students were able to recognize what each coin looked like. I also used play money and students sorted the coins according to the pictures on the worksheet. After a week, most students were to recognize the coins. I also used them as flash cards for students as another way to help them remember what each coin looked like. I printed them out and laminated them before I put them on

I created this when I felt my students were ready to be assessed on coins. I tried to make the coins as big as possible so they could see them. This helped them recognize and count coins. It worked wonders. I am uploading it as a Publisher file so you edit as you see fit.

Here are some circle maps that students can use to practice coming up with addition and subtraction problems that equal the number in the middle. It is great practice for them and I have had success using them. Hope you do too. If you like this circle map, please let me know and I will post the rest as a compressed file.
