Book Recommendations
Have students share their opinions about the books they read.
There are two on a page for making more copies available to students.
Cut the sheets in half and keep them in the classroom library. They should be readily available for students to fill in.
Having them hole punched and hanging on a ring is a convenient way to store the completed ones.
Students love to read through them while looking for books just right for themselves.

Teaching style
My teaching style includes a comfortable, yet structured atmosphere. Students are able to run most of the required routines on their own. The use of a one-on-one chrome books, a smart board, and various web-sites are a part of our daily routines. My students learn by experiencing rather than always just reading about various topics. Real life text is used for almost all of our activities.

I am a mother to a teenage boy and girl. They are my world! I love teaching and being able to use my creativity every day in order to reach each of my learners. I have kept a journal since 1990 in which my students have written me notes throughout each year. It is such a treasure, and reading through them put a smile on my face whenever I need one.
