About the store
I'm Lauren Huizar, an experienced educator from sunny Southern California! Over the years, I’ve had the joy of teaching preschool through fourth grade, and I’m currently teaching second grade. While I love every stage of early education, my deepest passion lies in the preschool years, where curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning begin to take root. In addition to teaching, I’m also a speaker and presenter, sharing strategies and inspiration for using technology in early elementary classrooms to spark creativity and student voice. Outside of the classroom, I’m a wife and mom to two wonderful little girls, and I love finding ways to weave family, faith, and creativity into everything I do.
