This booklet allows students to keep track of due dates, their grades, and activity during the long science fair process. It is based on what my school does for science fair grades so I made it a word doc so you can edit it to include what you do. This does NOT include the rubrics. How to print: This is made to fit 8.5"x14" paper. Double sided, flip on short edge. It is to be folded in half so the activity log is on the inside. The date tracker is the cover and the grade tracker is the back.

When choosing students to go on to regionals, students grade each other and then vote for their favorites. This is a quick form that students can walk around with on clipboards like judges. In my class, students also vote for other categories for fun, which is on page 2. This is optional. **PLEASE NOTE** I print these using narrow margins.
