This packet allows students to track their own learning in math each week. It is used following the Guided Math practice and specifically focuses on the Independent and Core Application stations, where students have less active direct instruction and teacher presence. Students recored what they did and learned each day of the week, and then are able to reflect on the last day and set goals. This tool gives students a way to be responsible for what they work on and how they work each day in math

I keep this on a clipboard and when volunteers come to read with students, they record the applicable information. This allows for volunteers to work without direct instruction and it tracks which students have read.
