Mad Four Math

This digital book contains a table of contents and 25 word family pictures drawn by myself. These are perfect for any kindergarten or first grade classroom. When I taught first grade I copied the pictures onto colored construction paper. During whole group instruction we brainstormed word family words. This task/activity reinforces adding and subtracting integers. This can easily be reproduced and turned into a file folder game and used during math centers. This file includes a cover sheet with directions and two halves of the game board. The only thing needed for this activity is checkers.
