I used this with a student who was goal oriented (not only encourage good behavior as well as to track the data.) He did very well with it. He was motivated for the reward AND to meet his personal goal!

This is a basic sign out sheet that you can either edit or leave as is. You could type your students names or have the guardian hand write it. There are 25 lines for students, but you could make the font smaller and add more lines if needed. Enjoy!

This behavior chart worked great for a student who didn't want to do his work in the morning. This behavior chart allows you to pick the top 3 assignments that need to get done (that were not done) in order for that child to go outside for recess. Then on the bottom, there is a points behavior chart for a end of day reward as well. It worked really well and I will likely use it again!

Student will read the word in each section of the turkey, identify the blend, and color that section according to the code on the bottom. When they are done, they can make lists of words with three letter blends on the back.

This powerpoint includes 5 bus rules. If can be used as a poster, slideshow, or print-off activity. I use the first slide to introduce bus safety, the second slide to read all the rules, and the following slides include each rule with a picture and two slides where the students decide if the kids are following that rule and all the other rules.

This quick write paper is so versatile as you can use it with any writing prompt. Kids will write the prompt (ex. tell me what you did over the weekend.) and answer the prompt. There is also a writing checklist for all the essentials!

This is an activity where students fill out a culture wheel of what they know about their own American culture. Then I assign other cultures to groups of students who research that culture and fill out the second culture wheel. After they compare their two culture wheels as well as other groups' cultures wheels and their research.

I have used this checklist with 2nd and 6th graders for the end of the year cleaning. They can look at the list and pick a job. When they think that job is complete, they check it off. When students check a job off, I check to make sure it is complete and I will check it off to confirm.
